用户协议

一、协议范围与接受

本协议是你与日日是好日运营团队（以下简称“我们”）之间关于下载、安装、注册、登录、浏览和使用日日是好日 App 及相关服务所订立的协议。

当你点击同意、注册或登录、继续使用，或以其他方式实际使用本服务，即表示你已阅读、理解并同意受本协议约束。若你不同意本协议，请停止使用本服务。

二、服务内容

日日是好日提供今日道场、修持记录、木鱼点击、诸葛神签、掷杯问心、心香一炷、签到、功德统计、称号、报告、分享图生成、生辰观照以及本机设置等功能。部分功能可能需要登录账号或联网使用。

我们会根据产品规划、合规要求和运营需要调整、暂停或终止部分功能，并尽量通过 App 内提示、页面公告或其他适当方式通知你。

三、账号注册与安全

• 你可以通过 App 内实际提供的匿名会话、邮箱、手机号或第三方账号方式登录。未登录或匿名状态下产生的部分记录可能仅保存在当前设备；登录后，相应记录可能归入账号并进行同步。
• 你应保证提交的信息真实、准确、合法、有效，并在信息变化时及时更新。
• 你应妥善保管账号、验证码、第三方登录凭证及设备安全。因你主动泄露、出借账号或设备环境被入侵造成的损失，由你依法承担相应责任。
• 如发现账号被盗用、异常登录或存在安全风险，请尽快通过 privacy@daydayup.life 联系我们处理。

四、用户行为规范

你在使用本服务时应遵守法律法规、公序良俗、平台规则及本协议。

• 不得利用本服务发布、传播违法、侵权、虚假、欺诈、骚扰、仇恨、色情低俗、暴力恐怖、赌博诈骗或其他不当内容。
• 不得攻击、扫描、破解、干扰本服务、服务器、网络、数据或其他用户账号。
• 不得以爬虫、批量注册、刷量、作弊、逆向工程、绕过限制等方式破坏服务公平性或安全性。
• 不得冒用他人身份，或侵犯他人隐私、知识产权、名誉权、肖像权及其他合法权益。

五、内容与知识产权

本服务中的界面设计、文字、图片、音频、图标、程序、数据结构、算法、商标、标识及其他内容，除依法属于第三方或你自行上传、生成的内容外，相关知识产权归我们或合法权利人所有。

你仅获得一项个人的、非独占的、不可转让的、可撤销的使用许可。未经我们或权利人书面许可，你不得复制、改编、传播、出售、出租、反向工程或用于商业用途。

你在本服务中生成、保存或提交的修持记录、昵称、头像、反馈等内容仍归你或原权利人所有。你授权我们在提供、维护、同步、备份、展示、改进和安全保护本服务所必需的范围内处理该等内容。

六、免费功能、付费权益与退款规则

木鱼、签到、日常功德记录等基础修持功能保持免费。自动供奉计时、高级内容、云端修持档案、个性化报告及部分外观权益属于付费数字商品或服务。自动供奉在支付验真并开启后一次性记入对应功德：1 小时记 9 功德、1 天记 36 功德、7 天记 108 功德；同一订单只发放一次，退款成功后对应功德将同步冲正。功德仅为应用内的文化体验和修持记录数值，不代表现实宗教功德、捐赠、祈福结果或任何现实回报。

会员采用固定 30、90、180 或 365 天使用期且不自动续费；完整生辰观照按份购买，可先查看约 20%，有效券码可兑换一份。所有购买均须先登录账号，已验证权益可在支持的平台间同步。

数字内容或权益一经发放、激活或开始使用，不适用七日无理由退货；重复扣款、付款后权益未到账、支付平台主动撤销及法律法规规定的退款情形除外。退款按原支付渠道和平台规则处理，本条不排除消费者依法享有的权利。

App Store、Google Play、华为应用市场版本的数字商品使用对应商店内购；其他允许的安卓分发版本可提供微信、支付宝或 Stripe。

七、服务变更、中断与终止

• 因系统维护、升级、网络故障、设备故障、第三方服务异常、不可抗力或监管要求导致服务中断、延迟或数据展示异常的，我们会尽力修复。
• 如你违反法律法规、本协议或损害他人合法权益，我们有权视情况采取提醒、限制功能、暂停账号、删除违法违规内容或终止服务等措施。
• 你可以停止使用本服务，并可按照《账号注销说明》申请注销账号。

八、隐私与个人信息保护

我们重视个人信息保护。关于我们如何收集、使用、存储、共享、保护你的个人信息，以及你如何行使访问、更正、删除、撤回同意和账号注销等权利，请阅读《隐私政策》。

九、免责声明与责任限制

本服务中的民俗、黄历、签文、问心、生辰观照和修持建议等内容，仅供日常记录、情绪陪伴和文化体验参考，不构成宗教、医疗、心理、法律、投资或其他专业建议。你应根据自身情况独立判断。

在法律允许范围内，我们对因不可抗力、第三方服务、网络环境、用户自身原因或非我们故意、重大过失导致的损失，不承担超出法律规定的责任。

十、未成年人使用

若你未满 18 周岁，请在监护人陪同和指导下阅读并使用本服务。未满 14 周岁的儿童使用涉及个人信息的功能，应取得父母或其他监护人的同意。

十一、协议更新

我们可能根据法律法规、监管要求、产品功能或运营情况更新本协议。重大变更会通过 App 内提示、页面公告或其他适当方式通知。更新后的协议自标明的生效日期起生效。

十二、适用法律与争议解决

本协议的订立、履行、解释及争议解决适用中华人民共和国大陆地区法律。因本协议或本服务产生的争议，双方应友好协商；协商不成的，可依法向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

1. Scope and Acceptance

This agreement is made between you and the DayDay Up operation team regarding your access to and use of the DayDay Up app and related services.

By signing in, tapping agree, continuing to use the app, or otherwise using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this agreement.

2. Services

DayDay Up provides daily almanac views, practice records, wooden fish tapping, oracle draws, cup casting, incense offering, sign-in, merit statistics, titles, reports, share images, birth insight, and local settings. Some features require sign-in or network access.

We may adjust, suspend, or discontinue features for product, compliance, or operational reasons and will provide appropriate notice where practicable.

3. Account and Security

• You may use an anonymous session, email, mobile number, or supported third-party provider where that option is available in the app. Some guest records may remain only on the current device; signed-in records may be associated with your account and synchronized.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your account, verification codes, devices, and credentials secure.
• If you find unauthorized use or account risk, contact privacy@daydayup.life promptly.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, hateful, pornographic, violent, gambling, scam, or otherwise improper content or behavior.
• Do not attack, scan, reverse engineer, bypass, disrupt, scrape, bulk register, cheat, or misuse the app, servers, network, data, or other accounts.
• Do not impersonate others or infringe privacy, intellectual property, reputation, image, or other lawful rights.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

The app design, text, images, audio, icons, software, data structures, algorithms, trademarks, and other materials are owned by us or lawful rights holders, except for third-party materials and content you generate or provide.

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service. You may not copy, adapt, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit it without permission.

You retain rights in records and content you create or submit. You authorize us to process that content only as necessary to provide, maintain, synchronize, back up, display, improve, and secure the service.

6. Free Features, Paid Benefits, and Refunds

Wooden-fish tapping, sign-in, and ordinary merit records remain free. Paid digital goods or services may include auto-offering timers, advanced content, cloud records, personalized reports, and selected cosmetic benefits. After a verified auto-offering purchase is activated, the app records 9 merit points for one hour, 36 for one day, or 108 for seven days. Each order is credited once, and a successful refund reverses the related points. Merit points are in-app cultural-experience records only; they do not represent religious merit, a donation, a guaranteed blessing, or any real-world return.

Membership access is sold for fixed 30, 90, 180, or 365-day periods and does not renew automatically. A full birth-insight report is purchased per report after an approximately 20% preview, and an eligible code may redeem one report. Purchase requires sign-in, and verified benefits may synchronize across supported platforms.

Once digital content or benefits have been delivered, activated, or used, cooling-off cancellation may not apply. Duplicate charges, non-delivery, provider reversals, and refunds required by law or platform rules remain eligible. Refunds follow the original payment channel and applicable platform rules, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

Digital goods in App Store, Google Play, and Huawei AppGallery builds use the corresponding store billing system. Other permitted Android distributions may offer WeChat Pay, Alipay, or Stripe.

7. Service Changes and Termination

• Maintenance, upgrades, network or device failures, third-party outages, force majeure, or regulatory requirements may interrupt or delay the service. We will make reasonable efforts to restore it.
• We may restrict features, suspend accounts, remove unlawful content, or terminate service when required by law or where this agreement is materially breached.
• You may stop using the service and request account deletion under the Account Deletion notice.

8. Privacy

Please read the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, store, share, protect, and delete personal information, and how you may exercise your privacy rights.

9. Disclaimers

Almanac, oracle, cup casting, birth insight, and practice suggestions are for personal records, emotional companionship, and cultural experience only. They are not religious, medical, psychological, legal, investment, or other professional advice.

To the extent permitted by law, liability for events beyond our reasonable control or not caused by our intent or gross negligence is limited as provided by applicable law.

10. Minors

If you are under 18, use the service with guidance from a parent or guardian. Children under 14 should use personal-information features only with guardian consent.

11. Updates

We may update this agreement for legal, regulatory, product, or operational reasons. Material changes will be communicated through the app, a page notice, or another appropriate method.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of mainland China. The parties should first seek an amicable resolution; unresolved disputes may be submitted to a court with lawful jurisdiction.
