日日是好日运营团队（以下简称“我们”）是日日是好日 App 的运营者和个人信息处理者。我们通过本政策向你说明个人信息处理规则，并尽量使用清晰、易懂的表达。

二、我们如何收集和使用个人信息
我们遵循合法、正当、必要和诚信原则，仅为实现下列功能处理相应个人信息。
- 账号与同步：账号或匿名会话 ID、登录标识、昵称、头像、登录方式、访问令牌、设备标识、安装 ID（installation ID）和必要的认证记录，用于创建会话、识别身份、保持登录状态和同步记录。邮箱或手机号仅在相应登录能力实际开启且你主动使用时处理。
- 应用内操作记录：木鱼点击、签到、诸葛神签、掷杯问心、心香一炷、供奉计时、还愿、收藏、称号、功德报告等功能中由你主动产生的事件、时间、功德变化、连续天数、称号状态、报告数据和页面操作记录，用于展示、同步、统计和恢复个人记录。
- 生辰观照：你主动使用该功能时填写的出生日期、出生时间、出生城市、性别口径、历法与晚子时口径，以及可选称呼，用于排定四柱、五行、大运、流年并生成个人报告。免费预览不保存这些资料；只有在你单独确认后，完整报告与输入资料才会整体加密保存到当前账号。你可以在“观照档案”中查看或删除；删除后在线密文立即清除，备份副本随最长 14 天的备份轮换周期清除。
- 设备、日志与安全：设备型号、操作系统、App 版本、网络状态、语言、字体设置、崩溃、错误和诊断信息、IP 地址、请求时间、接口路径和安全审计信息，用于服务适配、故障排查、反作弊、访问安全和运行统计。
- 客服与反馈：当你联系我们时，我们会处理你提供的联系方式、账号标识、问题描述、截图和沟通记录，以定位问题并回复。
- 分享与剪贴板：当你主动生成分享图、复制文案、邮箱或账号注销模板时，相关内容会在当前设备生成或写入系统剪贴板。我们不会在你未主动触发时读取剪贴板内容。
三、权限调用说明
- 网络权限：用于登录、同步、拉取配置、提交修持记录、故障诊断和服务安全。
- 存储或相册权限：仅在你主动保存或选择图片时使用，具体以系统授权弹窗为准。
- 通知权限：当前版本以 App 内展示为主；如未来接入系统通知，我们会在调用前取得系统授权。
- 剪贴板：仅在你主动点击复制按钮时写入文本。
- 你可以在设备系统设置中关闭非必要权限。关闭后，相应功能可能无法使用，但不会影响其他不依赖该权限的功能。
四、Cookie、SDK 与第三方服务
当前正式版本未接入独立的广告 SDK，也未接入独立的第三方用户画像或行为分析 SDK。Release telemetry 由我们的服务端接收，用于崩溃、诊断和版本质量分析，不用于定向广告。推送、手机号登录和第三方登录能力如未在正式版本中启用，不会因此处理对应信息。
本法律页面不设置广告或分析 Cookie，仅在浏览器本地保存你的中英文显示偏好。

不勾选 DeepSeek 可选处理时，系统使用审核规则稿，不影响完整报告生成。DeepSeek 不能覆盖程序排定的命盘事实。你可以查看 DeepSeek 隐私政策。
五、共享、委托处理、转让与公开披露
- 共享与委托处理：除实现登录、云服务、安全风控、客服处理、上述可选 AI 功能、法律法规要求或取得你单独同意外，我们不会向第三方提供可识别个人信息。对于受托处理方，我们会限定处理目的、期限、方式和信息种类，并要求其采取保护措施。
- 转让：如发生合并、分立、收购、资产转让或破产清算等情况导致个人信息转移，我们会告知接收方信息，并要求新的处理者继续受本政策约束，或依法重新征得你的同意。
- 公开披露：我们原则上不会公开披露你的个人信息。确需公开披露时，会依法告知披露目的和类型并取得同意，法律法规另有规定的除外。
六、存储期限、地点与安全保护
- 存储地点：我们在中华人民共和国境内运营中收集和产生的个人信息原则上存储在境内。如需跨境提供，我们将依法履行相应程序并向你告知。
- 存储期限：我们仅在实现处理目的所必需、你使用账号期间、法律法规要求或争议解决所需期限内保存个人信息。超过期限后，我们会删除或匿名化处理。
- 生辰观照资料：完整报告及其输入资料以加密载荷保存。用户主动删除后，在线密文立即清除，备份副本随最长 14 天的轮换周期清除。
- 安全措施：我们采取加密传输、访问控制、权限隔离、日志审计、备份恢复和最小必要授权等措施。互联网服务仍无法保证绝对安全，请妥善保管账号和设备。
- 安全事件：如发生个人信息安全事件，我们会依法告知事件情况、可能影响、处置措施及你可采取的风险降低建议。
七、你的个人信息权利
你可以通过 App 内入口或联系邮箱行使下列权利。为保障账号安全，我们可能要求你完成必要的身份验证。
- 访问和复制：查看账号资料、修持记录、功德统计、称号和部分同步数据，并依法请求复制。
- 更正和补充：在相应页面修改不准确、不完整的信息，或联系我们处理。
- 删除：在功能页面删除记录，或要求我们删除个人信息；法律法规要求或为履行法定义务需要保留的除外。
- 撤回同意：通过系统设置或 App 功能入口关闭权限、停止相应功能或撤回单独同意。撤回不影响此前基于同意进行的处理。
- 账号注销：通过 App“本机设置 - 斋主资料 - 账号注销”，或访问本网站“申请注销账号”页面发起。注销完成后，账号信息及相关个人数据会被删除或匿名化，依法需要保留的信息除外。
- 投诉与举报：发送邮件至 privacy@daydayup.life。我们会在 15 个工作日内完成核查和处理，或在该期限内说明处理进展。
八、未成年人个人信息保护
我们主要面向成年人提供服务。未成年人使用本服务应取得监护人同意。对于未满 14 周岁的儿童个人信息，我们会在取得监护人同意后，在必要范围内处理，并采取更严格的保护措施。
如监护人认为儿童个人信息被不当处理，请通过 privacy@daydayup.life 联系我们删除或更正。
九、政策更新
当服务功能、个人信息处理目的、方式、范围、第三方服务或法律法规要求发生变化时，我们可能更新本政策。重大变更会通过 App 内提示、页面公告或其他适当方式提醒你阅读，并在依法需要时重新取得同意。

Privacy Policy
This policy explains how DayDay Up processes and protects personal data.
1. Who We Are
The DayDay Up operation team operates the DayDay Up app and acts as the personal information processor for the service.

2. Information We Collect and Use
- Account and sync: account or anonymous session ID, login identifier, nickname, avatar, login method, access token, device identifier, installation ID, and authentication records. Email or mobile number is processed only when the corresponding sign-in option is enabled and you choose to use it.
- In-app activity: wooden fish taps, sign-ins, oracle draws, cup casts, incense offerings, auto offerings, vows, favorites, titles, merit reports, timestamps, statistics, and related product interactions.
- Birth insight: birth date, birth time, birth city, gender convention, calendar type, late-Zi-hour convention, and an optional display name that you submit. Preview inputs are not stored. A full report and its inputs are encrypted and saved only after separate consent. Online encrypted data is removed immediately when you delete it; backup copies expire within the backup rotation period of up to 14 days.
- Device, logs, and security: device model, operating system, app version, network status, language, font settings, crash, error, and diagnostic information, IP address, request time, API path, and security audit records.
- Support: contact details, account identifier, issue description, screenshots, and communication records that you provide.
- Sharing and clipboard: content is generated or written to the system clipboard only after you choose to create a share image or tap a copy action. We do not read clipboard content without your action.
3. Permissions
- Network: sign-in, sync, configuration, record submission, diagnostics, and security.
- Storage or photos: used only when you choose to save or select an image.
- Notifications: the current version primarily uses in-app notices. System authorization will be requested before future system notifications are enabled.
- Clipboard: text is written only after you tap copy.
4. Cookies, SDKs, and Third-Party Services
The reviewed release does not include a standalone advertising SDK or a standalone third-party profiling or behavioral analytics SDK. First-party release telemetry is used for crashes, diagnostics, and release quality, not targeted advertising. Disabled sign-in, phone, and push capabilities do not process their associated data.
These legal pages use no advertising or analytics cookies. Browser storage is used only to remember your language preference.

If you do not consent to this optional processing, the reviewed rule-based wording is used and the complete report remains available. See the DeepSeek Privacy Policy.
5. Sharing, Processing, Transfer, and Disclosure
- Sharing and processing: identifiable data is not provided to third parties except as necessary for sign-in, cloud hosting, security, support, the optional AI feature described above, legal compliance, or with separate consent. Service providers are contractually limited to the necessary purpose, duration, method, and data categories.
- Transfer: if a merger, acquisition, restructuring, asset transfer, or insolvency transfers personal data, we will identify the recipient and require continued protection or obtain consent where required.
- Public disclosure: we do not publicly disclose personal data unless legally permitted and appropriately disclosed to you.
6. Storage, Retention, and Security
- Location: personal information collected in mainland China is stored in mainland China by default unless cross-border transfer requirements are met.
- Retention: data is kept only for the period necessary for the processing purpose, account use, legal obligations, security, or dispute resolution, then deleted or anonymized.
- Birth-insight records: complete reports and inputs are stored as an encrypted payload. Online encrypted data is removed immediately after user deletion and backup copies expire within up to 14 days.
- Safeguards: we use encrypted transmission, access controls, permission isolation, audits, backup and recovery, and least-privilege controls.
- Incidents: where required, we will notify you of a personal data incident, likely impact, mitigation, and actions you can take.
7. Your Rights
- Access and copy: view account details and relevant synchronized records and request a copy where applicable.
- Correction: update inaccurate or incomplete details in the app or contact us.
- Deletion: delete supported records in the app or request deletion, subject to lawful retention duties.
- Withdraw consent: disable permissions, stop the relevant feature, or withdraw separate consent. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
- Account deletion: use Local settings - Account deletion in the app or the Request Account Deletion page on this website. Associated personal data is deleted or anonymized except where retention is legally required.
- Complaint: contact privacy@daydayup.life. We will complete review and processing within 15 working days, or explain progress within that period.
8. Minors
The service is primarily intended for adults. Minors should use it with guardian consent. Personal data of children under 14 is processed only with guardian consent and with additional safeguards.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this policy when features, processing purposes, methods, scope, service providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated appropriately, and renewed consent will be obtained where required.
