注销后会处理哪些数据

完成身份核验和注销处理后，我们会删除或匿名化与账号关联且无须依法继续保留的数据。

账号昵称、头像、登录标识、设备与有效会话。
修持记录、功德统计、称号、签到、签文、问心、香火、收藏和报告。
已保存的生辰观照报告及其加密输入资料；在线密文立即清除，备份副本随最长 14 天的备份轮换周期清除。
依法必须保留的安全日志、审计记录和争议处理资料仅在必要期限及必要目的内保留。

处理步骤

点击“发送注销邮件”，或复制申请邮箱和模板后使用你常用的邮件服务发送。
在邮件中填写账号昵称、登录方式、绑定邮箱或手机号。申请注销原因可以不填。
我们通过绑定邮箱、手机号、第三方登录或合理的近期账号信息完成身份验证。
收到完整申请并完成验证后，我们会在 15 个工作日内完成处理，或在该期限内说明进展。
注销完成后，我们会通过申请邮箱或其他可联系渠道通知你。

安全提醒与撤回

我们不会通过邮件索要账号密码、支付密码或完整短信验证码。
注销是不可逆操作，完成后账号及相关数据无法恢复。
处理完成前，可使用原申请邮箱回复“撤回账号注销申请”；完成后无法撤回。

I understand that account deletion cannot be undone and request deletion of my DayDay Up account. Please help verify my identity and process the request.

Data Covered by Deletion

After identity verification, we delete or anonymize account-linked data that is not legally required to be retained.

Nickname, avatar, login identifiers, device associations, and active sessions.
Practice records, merit statistics, titles, sign-ins, oracle records, cup casts, incense records, favorites, and reports.
Saved birth-insight reports and encrypted input data. Online encrypted data is removed immediately and backup copies expire within the backup rotation period of up to 14 days.
Security logs, audit records, and dispute records required by law are retained only for the necessary period and purpose.

Process

Select “Send deletion email,” or copy the email address and template into your preferred email service.
Provide the account nickname, login method, and bound email or mobile number. A reason is optional.
Complete proportionate verification through a bound email, mobile number, third-party login, or reasonable recent account information.
After a complete request and successful verification, we will complete processing within 15 working days or explain progress within that period.
We will notify you through the request email or another available channel when processing is complete.

Security and Withdrawal

We will not ask for your account password, payment password, or a complete one-time verification code by email.
Account deletion cannot be undone. The account and associated data cannot be restored after completion.
Before completion, reply from the original email with “Withdraw account deletion request.” A completed deletion cannot be withdrawn.
